Workshop Activities
🎨 Art Therapy Exercises: 🎨 We will engage in creative art therapy exercises, incorporating colour theory and geometry to express and integrate Sacred Patterns.
🌬️ Somatic Work and Breathwork: Valerie uses special somatic practices and breathwork to activate and embody the creation within your body for integration.
🎨 Watercolor Connection: We will use watercolors to connect with all elements, enhancing your creative process and spiritual connection.
🧘♂️ Active Kreative Methodology: Valerie will guide you through transpersonal visualisation meditation and flow state techniques to deepen your understanding and experience of Sacred Geometry.
🍵Tea Ceremony and Healthy Snacks: Transition into the tea ceremony and healthy snack selection segment allows you to ground and share (if wanted) your experiences.
